By creating an account or using Sales Talent AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You're responsible for the security of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload candidate data without a lawful basis or appropriate notice.
• Use assessments as the sole basis for an employment decision — they're a screening aid, not a final verdict.
• Discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service.

4. AI-generated content

Assessments are produced by AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or bias. You're responsible for independent human review of any output before relying on it for hiring decisions.

5. Subscriptions, credits, and billing

• Paid plans renew automatically until canceled.
• Credits are granted at the start of each billing period and do not roll over unless your plan says so.
• All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

6. Your data

You retain all rights to data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, you can request data deletion via our Data Deletion page.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that assessments are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; we'll notify you of material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
